You acknowledge that a working farm can have uneven terrain, unpredictable weather, and natural elements. By entering, you assume all risks associated with outdoor activity and agree that the farm is not liable for any personal injury or property damage.

For safety, children must be under direct adult supervision at all times. Please remain within the designated picking rows.

FOOD SAFETY & ORGANIC INTEGRITY

To maintain our organic certification, pets are not permitted in the fruit production areas. Please utilize our hand-washing stations before entering the patch.

HARVEST POLICY

You agree to pay for all fruit picked. Please only harvest from the bushes indicated by the farm staff to ensure the health of our crop.
